What we will need:
- puff pastry
- 50 g mustard
- 100 g ham
- 100 g cheese
- pickled cucumbers
- egg for spreading
How we will proceed:
1. Brush the puff pastry with mustard.
2. Stack the ham and cheese.
3. Now place the sliced cucumbers on top of the cheese.
4. Now simply roll up into a strudel shape.
5. Brush with egg.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
