Spring creamy wild garlic soup

  • 1 onion
  • 5 pcs potatoes
  • 1,5 tbsp butter
  • 1 bunch of wild garlic (leaves)
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

1. Peel and finely chop the onion.

2. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes.

3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over a low heat. Then fry the onions in it.

4. Add the sliced potatoes to the fried onions, cover with water and boil until tender.

5. Wash and chop the wild garlic. Then add it to the pot and cook for a few minutes – until soft.

6. Then blend the soup with a stick blender.

7. Soften the soup with whipping cream and season with salt and ground black pepper. Simmer briefly and set aside. Done!
