Spaghetti Bolognese recipe:
What we will need:
- Onion – 1 pcs
- Salt, black pepper, dried basil
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Carrots – 1 piece
- Celery stick – 2 pcs
- Minced meat – 400 g
- Sliced tomatoes in their own juice – 500 g
- Spaghetti – 200 g
- Parmesan
- Basil
How we will proceed:
1. Start by chopping the onion finely. Then transfer it to a pan with vegetable oil and fry it. Add the crushed garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
2. Dice your carrots and add them to the pan. Do the same with the celery.
3. Add the minced meat and stir. Stir fry over medium heat, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper and fry uncovered until the liquids evaporate.
4. Pour in the dry red wine and let it evaporate. Add the tomatoes in their own juice, basil and mix well.
5. Put the lid on and let it simmer. Finally, add the cooked spaghetti as directed and serve. Enjoy your delicious meal.
