
In today’s post, we’re going to take a look at Petra’s recipe and make homemade buns. Don’t hesitate and start with the preparations before it’s too late, every novice cook and chef can do it!
Recipe for homemade buns:
What we will need:
- 400g plain flour
- 250g lukewarm water
- 50g oil
- A teaspoon of sugar and salt
- 25g yeast
How we will proceed:
1. Put everything in a food processor with a hook and work out the dough. Transfer to a rolling pin and knead lightly.
2. Divide into 10 parts and make 3 rolls each. And knit the rolls.
3. Preheat the oven to 230° and let the buns rise for a while on a rolling pin. Bake for about 12 minutes.
