sugar – 6 tablespoons
cocoa – 1 tablespoon
baking powder – 1 bag
eggs – 6 pcs
For the cream:
milk – 1 l
butter – 200 g
sugar – 12 tablespoons
plain flour – 7 tablespoons
vanilla pudding – 2 sachets
vanilla sugar – 1 bag
Eggs – 2 pcs
Other necessary ingredients:
bananas – 5 pcs
orange juice – from 1 orange

Then pour it onto a baking tray with baking paper, spread it evenly and put it in the oven at 180 °C for 20 minutes.
2. Now move on to the cream filling. Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring it to the boil. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the flour, sugar and custard powder in a bowl and after a few minutes, pour in the warm milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Remove the pudding from the heat and, when it has cooled slightly, stir in the soft butter with a mixer.

4. Brush with vanilla cream, sprinkle with grated chocolate and chill in the fridge for a few hours.
Today we show you another exceptional recipe for our favourite pork. Specifically, this is pork tenderloin in a bacon jacket. As a side dish, we serve roasted cauliflower with turmeric and green beans in butter. Here we go!
Pork tenderloin in bacon coat with roasted cauliflower with turmeric and green beans in butter
What we will need:
500 g pork tenderloin
2 tbsp oil
150 g bacon slices
1 pc smaller cauliflower
200 g green beans
2 tbsp butter
salt, ground red pepper, coloured pepper, turmeric
How we will proceed:
Preheat the oven to 160 °C.
Salt the meat all over.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat and fry the meat until it is browned and golden brown. Turn the pan and repeat the process on 3 or 4 sides and also on both ends so that it is completely sealed.
Lightly sprinkle the surface of the pan with ground paprika and freshly ground colored pepper.
Then wrap it in bacon. Starting at one end, gradually wrap each slice in approximately the same thickness all the way around to the opposite end.
Slow roast the wrapped tenderloin in the oven for about 20 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the cauliflower by washing it and dividing it into smaller florets. Boil them for 2 to 3 minutes in hot water and transfer to a small baking dish. Mix the hot cauliflower with a little butter, salt and about half a teaspoon of turmeric. Mix everything well and place in the oven.
In the same water as the cauliflower, cook the beans until tender. Drain them and mix them with a little salt and butter.

3. In a deeper bowl, first whip the cream and add the soft cream cheese. Don’t forget to add the icing sugar, cornstarch, eggs and coconut. This will create a creamy mixture for dessert. Remove one large piece of dough from the freezer and use your fingers to spread it evenly in a buttered and floured baking dish.

Chocolate is the fragrant and truly variable alpha and omega of sweet cuisine. Whether you’re making custard, pudding, mousse, ice cream or pralines, chocolate is usually the first ingredient that comes to mind when flavouring. We decided to pay homage to this ingredient in the form of these fragrant chocolate truffles with mint!
Break the chocolate into a glass bowl and add the salt.
Cut the mint into larger pieces and place it in a smaller pot. Add the whipping cream and butter. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the butter has melted – the cream must not boil. Then set aside, strain and pour into the bowl with the chocolate. Let the chocolate melt for a few minutes.
Then stir the chocolate mixture gently with a whisk until it forms a smooth cream. Leave to cool.
Cover the cooled chocolate cream with cling film and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Once cooled, use a spoon to quickly shape the chocolate into balls and roll them in the cocoa. Done!

When you get home from work, you’re hungry, but the last thing you want to do is stand at the stove for hours, this recipe for a quick, easy and delicious lunch comes in handy. Try this recipe for inverted pork chops with bacon. Thanks to Martina for the recipe. The dish will take just a few minutes to prepare and will make a delicious wholesome lunch.
Recipe for inverted pork chops with bacon:
What we will need:
pork, 4 slices (neck, chop with or without bone or leg)
1x large onion
4x slices of English bacon
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2x smaller eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cream
lard for frying
How we will proceed:
1) Cut the pork into slices. Salt each slice and sprinkle evenly with 1/2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Cover with microtene foil and pat the meat thoroughly through it. Remove the foil, turn the meat over, sprinkle with salt and the rest of the breadcrumbs and pat through the foil again.
2) Beat both eggs in a deep plate, add 2 tablespoons of cream and beat with a fork. Put the lard in a frying pan and let it heat up. Coat the first piece of meat on both sides in the egg and from there, after a light dripping, carefully place it in the hot fat. Fry on each side at medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until the egg wrapper is pulled in and slightly golden. Remove the fried piece and process the rest of the meat in the same way.
3) Peel the onions, cut them in half and slice them thinly. Place the first 2 fried slices of meat on the bottom of a smaller baking dish or baking bowl, they should lie next to each other fairly close together. Sprinkle half of the chopped onion over them and cover with the remaining pieces of meat. Sprinkle again with the onions and cover with the bacon.
4) Place the baking dish with the meat in a preheated oven at 150-160 degrees and bake for 75 minutes (an hour and a quarter – the meat is like butter).
Side dish: baked unpeeled potatoes, sliced … baked dry … towards the end I add melted butter with salt and spices.
