How we will proceed:
1. In 8 dcl of milk, cook 2 packets of vanilla pudding with 10 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Let cool and add 125 g of margarine.
2. In 8 dcl milk, cook 2 packets of chocolate pudding with 10 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons flour. Leave to cool and add 125 g margarine, chocolate melted in a water bath and 2 tbsp rum.
3. Cook 2 packets of hazelnut-flavoured pudding in 8 dcl milk with 10 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp flour. Leave to cool and add 125 g of margarine.
4. Place one layer of biscuits in a bowl, pour the orange juice over the biscuits and layer the chocolate cream, then the biscuits again, the vanilla cream, the third layer of biscuits and finally the hazelnut cream. We can decorate according to taste.

What we will need:
4 eggs
1.5 cup sugar
0.5 cup butter (melted)
1 cup milk
2.5 cups plain flour
vanilla sugar + a teaspoon of baking powder
In addition:
4-5 apples
lemon jelly
1/2 litre of heavy cream
mascarpone cheese (optional)
1/3 cup powdered sugar
chocolate shavings
How we will proceed:
1. Beat eggs with sugar, add melted butter, add milk and mix.
2. Sift flour, add baking powder and mix. Add the flour to the beaten eggs a little at a time, stirring constantly. Line a large baking tray with baking paper and pour the batter into it. Spread evenly. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 20 minutes.
3. While the pastry is baking, prepare the apples. Cut the washed and peeled apples into cubes, put them in a saucepan, add a couple of tablespoons of water and drizzle with lemon. 40 g dark/milk chocolate
Form 24 x 24 cm
How we will proceed:
1. Prepare the sponge: whip the egg whites into stiff snow.
2. Add icing sugar in batches and stir until completely dissolved.
3. Continue mixing, adding one egg yolk at a time.
4. Add the sifted flour mixed with the cocoa and mix the dough with a spoon.
5. Pour the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and place in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 20 minutes.
6. Boil the peach juice with water. Then remove from the heat and mix the jelly thoroughly. Allow to cool and concentrate slightly.
7. Place the sponge cake in a baking dish, secure the rim and dip in the lemon or orange juice. Then arrange the peach slices.

100 ml milk
3 tbsp crystal sugar
400 g plain flour
1 packet vanillin sugar
2 eggs

1 pinch salt

1 packet vanillin sugar
1 tbsp icing sugar
50 ml milk
100 g butter
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
200 g ground poppy seeds
Still:
1 egg for spreading
How we will proceed:
1. Prepare a sourdough starter with yeast, milk and a teaspoon of sugar.
2. Mix all the other ingredients for the dough in a bowl and add the sourdough starter. Make a smooth dough. Cover with a dry cloth and leave in a warm place to rise for about 60 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the poppy seed filling. Heat the milk and melt the butter in it. Add the sugar and stir in all the poppy seeds. Stir well so that no lumps form.
4. Carefully transfer the dough to a floured rolling pin and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread the poppy seed filling over it and roll it up like a roll.
5. Cut the roll in half lengthways and knit it so that the filling is on top. Carefully transfer the dough into the greased tin. Bring the ends together to form a wreath.

1. Put all the ingredients for the dough into the bowl of the food processor and knead a smooth, uniform dough.

3. Blend the fruit to a smooth froth, then bring to the boil, then turn off the burner, add the jelly and mix thoroughly. Allow to cool and concentrate lightly.

How we will proceed:
1. Prepare a quick stir-fry: fry the finely chopped onion in butter until golden brown. Add the whole eggs and mix. Once they begin to have a firm texture, set the pan aside and add the sour cream and chopped herbs to the eggs. Season everything with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the old bread into cubes and pour over the milk.
3. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with the crushed garlic, salt, pepper and marjoram and add the pastry pieces from which you have squeezed the excess milk in your hands.
4. Stir in the fresh eggs and gradually add the breadcrumbs (a tablespoon at a time).

200 g butter or margarine
150 g icing sugar
a pinch of salt
2-3 tablespoons milk
1 egg
For the cream:
600 ml sour cream
2 packets. 600 g of sour cream or vanilla pudding
150 g of caster sugar
500 ml milk
zest and juice of a small lemon
raisins (you can soak them in boiling water beforehand)
How we will proceed:
1. Mix the ingredients for the dough and work into a thick, uniform dough. Cover the dough with foil and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Cook the milk, sugar and puddings into a thick pudding. Let cool (stir now and then to prevent a skin forming on the pudding) and then mix with sour cream, zest and lemon juice.
3. Divide the dough into two halves and roll each half into a rectangle (a 20 x 30 cm baking tray). Layer the dough evenly on the cream cream and cover with the other half of the pastry.
4. Place in a well heated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
